Peyton played for Five Star Volleyball Club from 2013 to 2019 and was a four-year letterman at Weld Central High School. During her high school career, she earned second-team all-conference honors, first-team all-conference recognition, and was named Most Valuable Player. She currently holds the school record for 16 aces in a single match.

After high school, Peyton began her coaching journey at Weld Central Middle School and also led one-on-one setting camps. In 2023, she returned to Five Star as a club coach. She is excited to witness the growth and development of young athletes and to see their love for the sport flourish.
