This summer, we will be hosting pre-tryout open gyms for all ages 10-18.

Each 90-minute session will consist of various competitive drills/games, a high-energy atmosphere, skills development, and a supportive community that shares the love of the game. Sessions will be instructed by experienced Five Star VBC staff members. 

We HIGHLY encourage athletes to come to as many of our pre-tryout open gyms as coaches will be making notes on all athletes attending for the 2024/2025 season. The more we can see your athlete in the gym, the better.

Cost: $20 per session (Cash Only, NO Venmo)

Payment will be accepted at the door, and online registration, and a signed waiver must be completed prior to arriving at the gym.
