Lynnette works full time from home as a principal analyst with GlobalData Technology and is a wife to Paul and mom to three kids—Mason, Carter and Brooke—along with three dogs.

Lynnette has played on numerous adult court and outdoor teams and has coached volleyball at several levels, ranging from elementary-aged beginners to high school players. Most recently she coached at Alpine Volleyball Academy for two club seasons.

Lynnette grew up in Colorado and has been involved with volleyball for the last 33 years as both a player and coach. She was an all-conference/all-state player at Arvada West High School (she played in the all-state match with Holly Kidd!) In 1990, Lynnette went on to play volleyball on scholarship at Hawaii Pacific University. Her team won the 1990 NAIA National Championship. Lynnette ended her collegiate volleyball career at Western Washington University, playing outside hitter and garnering league player of the week recognitions and all-conference honors.
